Wireless 1000 Annunciator System

The Wireless 1000 is an easy to install entry announcer that can be used in your home or business. The transmitter operates on one 9 volt battery (not included) and has two different detection patterns. One pattern will send out a 17 foot wide angle beam and the other will use a 50 foot narrow beam. When the transmitter detects movement in the beam it will send a signal back to the receiver (up to 500’) which will sound a chime for about two seconds. The wide angle beam is ideal for use in store fronts to detect anyone walking in and alert you in a back office. The narrow beam could be used for perimeter security around the back yard or even the driveway to alert you that someone is coming. Up to 3 transmitters can be used with the receiver.

The receiver for the Wireless 1000 simply plugs into a wall outlet in the house or office and will sound the chime when it is activated. The receiver has 3 volume levels as well as a relay output to control other devices.

At Dakota Alert, we have been distributing and manufacturing driveway alarms for over 20 years. We have the experience necessary to meet your needs. Our product lines include Wireless Motion Drive Alerts, Wireless Rubber hose drive alerts, Vehicle Sensors, Weather Alert products and much more. Wireless Motion Alerts are very popular units because they are easy to install and will detect both vehicles and people walking. The radio operated drive alert consists of 2 parts - a transmitter and a receiver with 1 whistle. The receiver can be located in your house and plugged into a standard wall outlet. The weatherproof outside transmitter, operated by a 9 volt battery that normally lasts 6 months to 1 year, should be located in the area of your driveway. The transmitter sends out an invisible beam approximately 80 feet. The beam may be pointed in any direction since there is no reflector needed at the end of the beam. If a vehicle or person enters this area, the transmitter, which detects motion will send a radio signal up to 1000’* back to the receiver in the house. This sounds a small whistle for approximately 3 seconds to alert you and then shuts off automatically. In the event that you do not want the whistle to sound at any particular time, the receiver is equiped with an on-off switch.

These are designed to send a remote signal from one building to another, providing that all locations are downstream from one power transformer. Plug the transmitter into a 110 volt outlet in one building, and throughout your existing power lines, it will trip the receiver in another building. The transmitter can be activated by a driveway alarm. A loud bell or light plugged into the receiver would be activated.
